Key Responsibilities

  • •Locate and diagnose equipment failures, replace defective components, and troubleshoot using manuals, diagrams, schematics, and instructions.
  • •Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment (e.g., pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems) using testing instruments and hand/power tools.
  • •Perform electrical installation, inspections, and complex wiring work (including troubleshooting wiring, shielding/grounding, and safety/efficiency checks).
  • •Execute preventive maintenance schedules, maintain maintenance and repair logs, and report shift breakdown/downtime and performance metrics.
  • •Support production and facilities by preparing equipment for operation, ordering replacement parts, maintaining shop safety/cleanliness, and assisting with continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade School Certification in Industrial Maintenance (or Associates) or equivalent journeyman-level training and experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years experience as an Industrial Electrician Multi-craft (Electrical and Mechanical) Maintenance Technician (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of plant utility systems maintenance and operations and industrial machine repair/reliability techniques.
  • •Ability to work from prints/technical drawings and diagnose electrical system issues.
  • •Electrical knowledge of 3-phase & control power and basic input/output devices, including relay logic, DC drives, and PLC systems.
