Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a vertical end-to-end, including outcomes/metrics, value/risk/dependency-informed backlog prioritization, and crisp acceptance criteria.
  • •Shape technical design with engineering across system boundaries, idempotency/ledgering/reconciliation, third-party rail behavior, failure/retry/refund paths, security, latency, scalability, and recovery.
  • •Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX, defending decisions to engineering, compliance, or ops leads.
  • •Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs: licensing scope, CDD/KYC limits, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, and privacy.
  • •Apply AI where it earns its place by defining decision boundaries, human-in-the-loop expectations, evaluation approach, and safe behavior when unsure; ship behind external gates and rail availability.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, with strong judgment under ambiguity and ability to balance ambition with technical, regulatory, and operational reality.
  • •Solid system design skills, including boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, and consistency under concurrency; comfortable reviewing and challenging design docs.
  • •Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (e.g., payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or a demonstrated ability to ramp fast, understanding money-movement correctness and irreversible states.
  • •Hands-on AI judgment for LLM-based products, including framing features as evaluable (offline/online/human feedback) and understanding hallucination/drift/data gaps.
  • •Nice to have: engineer or highly-technical PM background, zero-to-one experience, shipped AI-heavy consumer products, defined ML/LLM eval metrics, and SEA market experience.
