Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the project team with cost planning, cost steering, and cost control for major high-rise construction projects.
  • •Gradually take on more responsibility in sub-projects and ensure effective construction cost management for customers.
  • •Assist with the creation of cost estimates and cost plans and actively support cost control across all project phases.
  • •Perform invoice reviews (Rechnungsprüfungen) and produce reporting.
  • •Serve as a competent point of contact and advisor, supporting constructive collaboration with customer internal specialist areas and planning teams across project phases.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed a construction-related or technical degree such as civil engineering, business engineering, architecture, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
  • •First practical experience in project management or project steering for complex high-rise construction projects, with a particular interest in building cost management/Cost Management.
  • •Proficient and routine use of MS Office and MS Project.
  • •Willingness to tackle complex tasks with an analytically connected way of thinking to find optimal solutions for customers.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills; good German (min. B2) and fluent English.
