Key Responsibilities

  • •Write user stories in Jira or Azure DevOps, including requirements, acceptance criteria, personas, NFRs, and process flows.
  • •Communicate complex ideas clearly with stakeholders and development teams.
  • •Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives to ensure on-time delivery aligned to strategic objectives.
  • •Coordinate with onshore, near-shore, and off-shore platform development teams for seamless execution.
  • •Maintain a prioritized backlog (epics, features, stories) and create technical and end-user documentation, supporting market research and user feedback gathering.

Key Requirements

  • •Write comprehensive user stories and document requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, NFRs, and process flows.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
