Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission and service chillers and HVAC systems.
  • •Attend and handle complaints for all models of chillers and low-side equipment per instructions and company guidelines.
  • •Perform timely PPM for chillers as per company SOP.
  • •Conduct RCA for failures and share findings with the Quality team and FFL.
  • •Ensure EHS compliance, handle customer service requirements, generate leads, and provide daily service reports and monthly planning updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Graduation/Diploma/ITI in mechanical / R&AC / Electrical / Electronics.
  • •5+ years of on-site experience working on chillers.
  • •Good technical knowledge of chillers.
  • •Practical hand-on experience with chiller installation, warranty and AMC services.
  • •Operational user experience with MS Office, Internet, and Mail.
