Own project delivery from initiation through closure for Emerson projects in Singapore, coordinating with Sales and customers to ensure kick-off, planning, and successful execution under global PMO governance. Proactively manage scope, risks, change requests, and compliance while meeting on-time execution and forecast accuracy targets. Maintain accurate documentation, drive data-driven reporting, optimize finished goods inventory outcomes, and support continuous improvement via lessons learned.
