Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Study and prepare site development plans, including earthwork calculations.
  • •Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for earthworks (excavation and backfill) and assist in preparing contract requisitions and schedules of quantities.
  • •Design underground utility networks (storm water, sanitary water, oily water, etc.) and perform engineering design calculations and prepare design sketches.
  • •Review, comment on, and approve drawings within the E&I scope, including reviewing supplier drawings and related discipline drawings.
  • •Ensure assigned activities are completed within man-hour budgets and time schedules; advise on schedule slippages, causes, corrective actions, and unresolved technical issues, and liaise with construction personnel on site queries.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronic) or equivalent from an accredited institute.
  • •10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
  • •Minimum 5 years (preferred) experience in the GCC region.
  • •Specific experience/qualification/training/technical certificate as applicable.
  • •Ability to execute assigned work to agreed safety, health, and environmental standards with high HSE performance.
