Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate and originate opportunities, build relationships, and establish a sustainable advisory pipeline for practice revenue and margin.
  • •Lead end-to-end pursuits including client problem shaping, proposal development, and commercial model pricing/structuring to close engagements.
  • •Act as trusted advisor to executives and program leadership on enterprise data and digital transformation, including operating model and reporting/assurance.
  • •Lead and quality-assure delivery of complex engagements, managing risk and accountability for client outcomes and commercial performance.
  • •Build and lead the Queensland delivery team and develop service offerings, capabilities, tooling, and partnerships to stay ahead of market demand.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of leadership experience across digital, technology, transformation, consulting, or major-program delivery.
  • •Demonstrated built environment experience and strong understanding of how capital projects and asset-intensive organisations operate.
  • •Proven digital transformation experience leading data and technology-enabled change that delivered measurable outcomes.
  • •Ability to originate opportunities, win engagements, and build a sustainable pipeline.
  • •Experience building and leading teams (hiring, capability development, and workforce planning), plus developing new service offerings.
