Manager, Learning Design & Enablement

Design, build, and manage scalable learning solutions for a decentralized organization, delivered through Workday Learning across in-person, facilitator-led virtual, e-learning, and self-paced resources. Own and operate the Workday Learning LMS, partnering with internal Workday teams and HR stakeholders across functions like talent/performance, onboarding, inclusion, compliance, and recruiting. Lead program operations, delivery, and continuous improvement using feedback and learning metrics.
