•Consult with consumer and small business clients, collect financial information, and develop customized plans identifying suitable banking products and services.

•Acquire new relationships by cultivating a referral network and conducting outreach efforts.
•Support branch operations, including serving as backup to the Area Manager and assisting with teller transactions as needed.
•Partner with other department resources (e.g., Financial Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Relationship Managers) to connect clients with expert services and stay current on new services and technologies.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience within retail banking with a solid understanding of banking products
•Proven success building customer relationships and delivering customer service
•Experience adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
•High school diploma or GED equivalent
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect genuinely with people, plus leadership potential for progressing into branch management roles
