Job Summary

Build and nurture relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customers’ banking needs, recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to their goals, and process basic transactions. Open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on digital and self-service products while partnering with branch teams to deliver an accurate, operationally excellent client experience.

•Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
•Assess banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, and provide counsel on deposit and loan products.
•Recommend solutions based on customer goals, using a digital-first mindset and leveraging available resources and technologies.
•Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
•Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products to support their financial needs and deliver an optimal client experience.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

•Thorough knowledge of retail bank products and services, including digital and self-service technologies.
