Job Summary

Lead P&L production and financial controls for Global Markets BF&C, delivering daily P&L analysis to Front Office and senior management, coordinating with trading desks and risk/finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely month-end close.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce and deliver daily P&L to Front Office and Senior Management with clear analysis of revenue drivers.
•Reconcile actual P&L with trader estimates and provide flash/actual variance analysis.
•Work closely with the trading desks on position, P&L or other issues on an ad-hoc basis.
•Front-to-Back analysis & reconciliations of front office PnL and balance sheet to firm sub-ledgers.
•Assist with month-end controls ensuring management vs financial P&L variances are within thresholds; participate in system testing/UAT as needed.

Key Requirements

•Qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA/CFA/MBA from a Tier I/II institute.
•5+ years of experience in Global Markets.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Visual Basic, Access databases and macros is a plus.
•CFA/FRM certified candidates would be preferred; advanced education and/or enhanced technical qualifications are a plus.
•Strong communication and time-management skills; proactive, self-starter with ability to collaborate across Front Office, Middle Office, and Finance.
