Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate industry marketing and related business planning across the Division, Business Units, and regional sales companies.
•Support growth prioritization by translating market, customer, and competitive insights into strategic implications and actions.
•Ensure cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and business stakeholders.
•Lead a team of Industry Marketing Managers and Intelligence Analysts.
•Ensure insights are turned into actionable industry marketing strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
•8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, market intelligence, industry marketing, or related roles.
•4+ years of leadership experience in a managerial capacity.
•Experience in international matrix organizations and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
