Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assigned duties and carry out other job-related activities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • •Coordinate execution and 100% compliance with Standard Work, ensuring sequence, timing, quality, and safety by direct reports.
  • •Ensure execution of the production plan and maintain shop-floor inventory accuracy above 98% while preventing excess inventory.
  • •Lead problem-solving activities and drive Kaizen/continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as RPS, Pareto, Fishbone, Histograms, and the 5 Whys methodology.
  • •Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead training/cross-training for new hires, including maintaining training matrices and production boards/reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing the final semesters of an Engineering degree or recently graduated in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience in leadership roles managing teams within a technical or operational environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of building management systems and related technologies.
  • •Proficiency with relevant tools and software used in building automation and control systems.
  • •SAP knowledge and basic reporting tools such as Microsoft Office or similar.
