Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing and executing processes and procedures for contracts and grants to meet university requirements.
  • •Analyze research proposals and contracts, and obtain proper approvals in compliance with budgetary agreements and requirements.
  • •Provide support to Principal Investigators on grant/contract protocol, compliance, and financial and budgetary matters according to university policies and procedures.
  • •Contribute to PI project budget recommendations and make revisions to reflect changes in contract/grant requirements, ensuring approvals align with terms and conditions.
  • •Ensure contract compliance with university policies, government laws, and sponsor guidelines while maintaining accurate research project data and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Science related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • •Ability to analyze and evaluate research proposals and contracts to obtain proper approvals.
  • •Ability to support Principal Investigators on grant/contract protocol, compliance, financial, budgetary, and administrative matters.
  • •Ability to guide faculty and staff in understanding research proposals, contracts, agreements, and the project approval process.
