Job Summary

Oversee Advisor Solutions policies and procedures across the division, ensuring consistent application while optimizing controls and improving the balance of compliance and client experience. Partner with Product Management and Risk/Compliance teams to design and implement procedures, support system testing, and deliver training and communications. Execute EDD and Self-Identified Issues Management processes, develop quarterly reporting and trend analysis, and serve as a subject matter expert for operational exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in oversight of Advisor Solutions policy and procedures to ensure adherence across the division.
•Develop and maintain policy/procedure documents, and challenge existing procedures to optimize processes and controls.
•Partner with Product Management and risk/compliance teams to design, implement, and communicate procedures that meet rules and regulations.
•Participate in development of new processes, testing of bank systems, and training/communication strategies for initiatives.
•Execute Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Self-Identified Issues Management (SIIM), and create quarterly reporting with trend and gap analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Five years’ prior work experience in fiduciary or banking industry, preferably within a banking line of business.
•Strong expertise with personal computers, including Microsoft Office, and proficiency with banking systems.
•Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
