•Achieve and exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and gross margin; meet forecast.
•Drive direct and distribution sales of Precision Fastening Tools and software solutions, including demonstrations and technical support.
•Conduct active field visits, demonstrations, and manage sales opportunities.
•Identify and develop new specialized distributors and new direct customers in target vertical markets.
•Provide commercial, technical, and application support; serve as primary point of contact for inquiries and optimize territory coverage.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial role in industrial products, with demonstrated success.

•Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
