Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure day-to-day operation of facilities, workshop, and manufacturing equipment, including general and preventive maintenance, environmental, janitorial, and life-safety activities.
  • •Oversee maintenance and facility personnel to support production processes.
  • •Lead technical services for building and equipment systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air compressors, emergency generators, building management systems, fire suppression systems, wastewater treatment, and controls/instrumentation.
  • •Develop and manage maintenance processes, schedules, technical services budgets, and spare parts/reparative services; manage capital plan initiatives and capital appropriation requests.
  • •Lead reliability and improvement programs (machine guarding and electrical test remediation, SMED/TPM, predictive maintenance/Industry 4.0 deployments), including project risk assessment and EHS compliance coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering-related areas.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical fields, equipment and machine design, and building and equipment maintenance techniques.
  • •Experience managing and executing projects related to industrialization, layouts, or machine development and installation.
  • •Bilingual skills in English/Spanish (project management certification is preferred).
