Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritizing enterprise features and enhancements based on business value.
  • •Act as the voice of the customer by liaising between business users, IT teams, and Salesforce developers.
  • •Elicit and document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis; translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • •Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, testers, and solution architects; lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
  • •Provide schedule inputs, risk alerts, and status reporting; handle complex helpdesk cases and support demos, briefings, and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting APIs, system integrations, and/or data exchange.
  • •In-depth experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • •Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience leading large teams, managing work and action items for 7+ projects simultaneously while prioritizing and adjusting quickly.
  • •Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills, including leading development and architecture meetings and communicating complex technical topics to varied audiences.
