Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-impact growth initiatives across partnerships, incentives, and lifecycle experiences from ambiguous problem framing through launch.
  • •Reimagine key moments across the customer journey, including discovery, value understanding, conversion, reactivation, and building habits.
  • •Blend product thinking, brand, content, interaction design, and business mechanics to create unified experiences.
  • •Explore and prototype new content models, flows, interaction patterns, motion, and messaging to improve measurable outcomes.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams and use customer insight, experimentation, and business metrics to evaluate tradeoffs and iterate.

Salary: CAD 171,000 - 180,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile.
  • •A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual, interaction, and product craft, including strong 0→1 work.
  • •Deep interaction design skills, including motion, micro-interactions, prototyping, and product behavior.
  • •Strong conceptual thinking to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear product experiences.
  • •Curiosity and fluency with AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate exploration and prototyping.
