•Collaborate with Team Leaders, Managers, and other teams to resolve complex or unusual cases.
•Maintain reliability, integrity, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Key Requirements

•Excellent spoken and written Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills.
•Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries, provide accurate and timely resolutions.
•Proven problem-solving skills and customer focus to deliver outstanding service.
•Experience in a contact center, travel, e-commerce, or hospitality setting is a plus.
•Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
