Support the QHSE and General Services team by helping ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 18295-1 compliance across the agency network. Assist with quality, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance tracking, and analysis of QHSE KPIs. Contribute to safety prevention (document unique, accident follow-up, safety materials), coordinate maintenance follow-ups with vendors, and support environmental actions, waste reporting, and QHSE training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across agencies, including audit support.
•Track QHSE actions and customer satisfaction activities, and monitor regulatory compliance.
•Perform analysis of QHSE practices and KPIs across the agency network, and review QHSE SharePoint and supporting materials.
•Contribute to safety prevention: update the document unique, follow work accidents, produce “Minute Sécurité” materials, and support site managers operationally.
•Support environmental actions (consumption follow-up, waste recovery) and help run QHSE workshops and webinars.

Key Requirements

•Preparing for a Bac +5 in QHSE.
•Ideally has a first experience or internship in QHSE/RSE.
•Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
•Curiosity and team spirit.
•Support audits and QHSE documentation/reviews as part of daily activities.
