Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise employees across production/operation functions including assembly, inspection, test, and final test related to manufacturing of capital equipment, systems, and components.
  • •Prioritize production schedules and support operational meetings while tracking performance metrics and milestone meetings.
  • •Respond to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction; act as interface for customer/vendor requirements and initiate corrective actions based on cost-of-quality analysis.
  • •Oversee prevention of employee accidents and injuries; ensure EHS training and monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • •Drive Lean, Safety, and Quality, including capacity optimization planning and implementation of process/quality changes to improve manufacturing capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Supervisory experience with production and/or operation functions such as assembly, inspection, test, and/or final test.
  • •Ability to prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
  • •Knowledge of operational performance metrics, including development/tracking and milestone meeting scheduling.
  • •Ability to manage safety compliance, including ensuring employees follow Environmental, Health and Safety training and procedures.
  • •Must be able to work a permanent 12-hour night shift (7–7pm) with rotating 4-workday and 3-workday weeks.
