Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build automations that remove repetitive work from the IT Service Desk, including provisioning, access requests, and troubleshooting flows, using AI where it drives efficiency.
  • •Ship self-service tools so internal employees can resolve common IT requests safely without waiting for a human agent.
  • •Build custom applications and automations that extend owned IT tools and applications.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in IT Engineering.
