Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule high-volume APAC interview loops from initial screens through onsites, debriefs, and reference calls across time zones and calendars.
  • •Serve as the primary logistics point of contact for candidates using a warm, clear, and culturally aware tone.
  • •Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to flag capacity risks, local holidays, and market norms early.
  • •Maintain systems accuracy for APAC roles, including Greenhouse job setup, interview plans, and scheduling tool configuration and automations.
  • •Improve coordination processes and independently scope and lead projects from problem to adopted solution.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling, ideally supporting multiple APAC markets.
  • •Experience coordinating across time zones and markets with understanding of local business norms across APAC.
  • •Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse) and a scheduling tool (e.g., ModernLoop, GoodTime).
  • •Excellent written communication for friendly, informative candidate emails that build rapport.
  • •Fluency in English (native or business-level) and ability to use AI tools confidently as part of daily workflows.
