Key Responsibilities

  • •Unload, receive, stage, consolidate, pick, and load product as directed by DC demand.
  • •Audit and verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, SKU counts, labeling, routing, and load integrity.
  • •Put away, pick, and replenish product from warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • •Prepare, label, and secure pallets for shipment while operating forklifts, stand up reach trucks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records (cycle counts/physical inventories), inspect quality, report variances/damages/safety concerns, and complete daily equipment inspections and MHE documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •6 or more months of general warehouse experience preferred.
  • •Forklift operator certificate or completion of SiteOne forklift training within the first 30 days.
  • •Comfort working with material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.), with certification on multiple pieces rewarded.
  • •Ability to stand/walk up to 90% of the shift and safely lift/carry up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
