Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify requirements with customers and leadership and translate them into functional user stories for consideration
  • •Create and maintain performance dashboards to evaluate service usage and inform product objectives
  • •Maintain a Product Backlog of user stories and defects, refining and planning items for development
  • •Organize and communicate development and release plans to stakeholders
  • •Collaborate with product engineering writers and product management to publish best practices through tutorials, blog articles, and conference presentations

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in an Agile software development environment
  • •Experience working with ArcGIS applications or other GIS technology
  • •Experience with ArcGIS technologies (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, ArcGIS API for Python, or ArcGIS REST APIs)
  • •Experience working with web services and APIs (RESTful services, service contracts, versioning)
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Information Science, or related field
