Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure scheduling processes run accurately and timely with respect to pipeline and department cutoffs.
  • •Nominate storage activity and natural gas communications via electronic bulletin boards and internal gas management systems; access and populate pipeline EBB.
  • •Monitor and reconcile imbalances, set up make-up/pay-back schedules, and initiate settlements with appropriate shippers.
  • •Confirm daily and monthly nominations with storage company pipeline interconnects and verify physical volume activity via EBB re-confirmations.
  • •Collaborate with gas accountants to implement invoice procedures, update databases for invoices/statements, and assist with billing discrepancy resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics; minimum seven (7) years’ experience in gas marketing company.
