Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute global projects that positively impact metrics and targets, managing timelines and unexpected challenges.
  • •Own cross-functional projects for service optimization with stakeholders from Ops, Vendor, VM, and SSE teams.
  • •Manage and communicate change resulting from process improvements to the VM team and outsourced partners.
  • •Work with reporting and analysts on outsourcing metrics and agent performance data to support vendor management.
  • •Maintain thorough project pages documenting tasks, decisions, and retros, including understanding relevant operational tools and processes.

Salary: EUR 3,450 - 4,500 monthly
