Job Summary

Lead a high-volume Pandora boutique by coaching and motivating the team, setting goals, and driving sales performance against KPIs. Key Responsibilities

•Analyze sales performance and implement action plans to meet and exceed store objectives.
•Ensure consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience using Pandora selling methods.
•Coach, motivate, and stimulate the team to achieve outstanding individual and collective results.
•Manage schedules and stock/inventory operations in line with company policies and procedures.
•Act as a brand and boutique ambassador and ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed.

Salary: EUR 3,003 monthly

Key Requirements

•Experience managing a high-volume retail boutique.
•Strong understanding of and ability to manage a profit & loss (P&L) account.
•Experience working with KPIs and improving performance to support continuous growth.
•Proven retail sales team management experience, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with departments and leadership.
