Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units.
  • •Ensure proper sequencing and prioritization of items for inspection, accountability, and storage.
  • •Track turn-in status from initial receipt through final disposition and maintain accurate records for audit readiness.
  • •Review and validate supply documents (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, condition codes) and ensure timely, accurate data entry into GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
  • •Coordinate with warehouse and transportation staff to manage storage, segregation of serviceable/unserviceable/HAZMAT items, and scheduling/tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience.
  • •Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience supporting equipment turn-in or supply support activities (SSA) strongly preferred.
  • •Familiarity with Army supply regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and documentation/condition coding requirements.
  • •Experience using Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP (TC-AIMS II referenced).
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public Trust) background eligibility.
