Develop profitable residential mortgages by building strong relationships with community members and clients. Evaluate applicants’ credit potential and analyze financial information to recommend suitable mortgage products, advising customers on application completion through approval and closing. Maintain client relationships, stay current on lending policies, regulations, pricing, and products, and use internal/external referrals and consultative selling to cross-sell and grow mortgage business.
