Retail Sales Supevisor

Lead daily retail operations to deliver high standards of customer experience and drive store performance. You’ll help ensure sales, KPIs, and profitability targets are met through planning, expense control, merchandising execution, and inventory/shrink management. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on hiring, training, development, and scheduling, while maintaining a safe, compliant store environment and supporting non-traditional hours as needed.
