Key Responsibilities

  • •Build Sierra’s enterprise platform capabilities, focusing on identity, access management, integrations, and extensibility for embedding Sierra into customer ecosystems.
  • •Scale the platform to support the world’s largest enterprises with complex environments, stringent security needs, and high reliability requirements.
  • •Establish and uphold a high bar for security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform.
  • •Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement foundational systems that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • •Provide technical leadership in building enterprise features and APIs that enable integration with customers’ ecosystems.

Key Requirements
