Key Responsibilities

•Build Sierra’s enterprise platform capabilities, focusing on identity, access management, integrations, and extensibility for embedding Sierra into customer ecosystems.
•Scale the platform to support the world’s largest enterprises with complex environments, stringent security needs, and high reliability requirements.
•Establish and uphold a high bar for security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform.
•Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement foundational systems that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
•Provide technical leadership in building enterprise features and APIs that enable integration with customers’ ecosystems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 390,000 annually

•4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems

•Backend‑leaning full‑stack experience building enterprise SaaS applications
