Job Summary

Build and lead a high-performing nursery branch team by driving inventory excellence, associate development, customer value, and overall financial performance. Partner with area leadership to meet revenue, customer satisfaction, and succession planning goals. Lead a strong, incident-free safety culture, translate operating and financial data into actionable trends and root-cause insights, and set/monitor KPIs while adjusting strategies based on market conditions.
