Human Resources Business Partner

Partner with senior business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end—onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exit management—while handling confidential matters and coaching managers. Drive talent management, including headcount planning and interviewing support, and collaborate with Learning & Development on reviews and leadership programs. Implement engagement and retention initiatives through workforce planning, succession planning, and internal mobility.
