•Work with Charlotte and Mona on cross-functional initiatives across GTM, Product, and Ops.
•Find high-leverage workflows, redesign them around Claude agents, MCPs, and Skills, ship them, and measure the lift.
•Build automations using Claude Code, GitHub, n8n, or Zapier, and implement directly inside HubSpot and Planhat.
•Own launches end-to-end: brief, plan, execute, and retro.
•Select and apply Claude tooling (Cowork/Code/Sonnet/Opus/Haiku) based on each problem’s needs and validate how results were checked.
