Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Charlotte and Mona on cross-functional initiatives across GTM, Product, and Ops.
  • •Find high-leverage workflows, redesign them around Claude agents, MCPs, and Skills, ship them, and measure the lift.
  • •Build automations using Claude Code, GitHub, n8n, or Zapier, and implement directly inside HubSpot and Planhat.
  • •Own launches end-to-end: brief, plan, execute, and retro.
  • •Select and apply Claude tooling (Cowork/Code/Sonnet/Opus/Haiku) based on each problem’s needs and validate how results were checked.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of operator experience (including internships) at a top startup, consultancy, VC/PE, or investment bank.
  • •Demonstrated excellence (top 5% of peers) via founding experience, leadership track record, grades, or an unusually strong builder résumé.
  • •AI-native experience running Claude, Cursor, and n8n day to day, including shipping at least one automation still running in production.
  • •Ability to measure impact in hours saved and revenue generated rather than output like slides or meetings.
