Production Testing Engineer II

Lead the development and continuous improvement of in-line and end-of-line production testing across products and production lines. Define production test strategies, standardize and automate test workstreams, and build test equipment, fixtures, plans, and automated sequences. Own DAQ strategy and test analysis to monitor trends and improve coverage, repeatability, and fault isolation. Support DFT/DFM/PFMEA activities, troubleshoot hardware issues, mentor engineers and technicians, and coordinate suppliers for timely delivery within budget.
