Default Valuations Specialist I

Support the Equity Review team with administrative and valuation-related work for consumer lending accounts. Help prepare equity decisions during high-volume periods, manage file processing through the Central File Room, order and review broker price opinions and credit bureau information, and enter decisions in the CACS collections system. Serve as a liaison for compliance, audit, risk, and affiliate communications, and assist with reporting and other assigned projects using tools like Amtrak, Mobius, Crystal Reporting, and Excel.
