Key Responsibilities

•Join as an early member of a high growth team and collaborate to solve technical and customer problems the right way
•Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
•Own the technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
•Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
•Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide a feedback loop on products and the competitive landscape

Key Requirements

•5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
•Experience with open source or monitoring ecosystems and a strong technical mindset
•Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to articulate Grafana’s value proposition to customers
•Ability to work in a remote-first, globally distributed team and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering
•Willingness to engage in demonstrations, enablement, and technical evaluations to help close opportunities
