Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the CCO’s calendar, prioritize ruthlessly, protect deep work, and ensure meetings have clear purpose.
  • •Book and manage domestic and international travel end to end, including customer visits, conferences, and board meetings; arrange logistics and process expenses.
  • •Run the cadence of the CX organization through key meetings (staff, leadership reviews, quarterly business reviews, all-hands) and maintain the business-wide operating rhythm.
  • •Build agendas, prepare the CCO for meetings, capture decisions/action items, and chase deliverables to completion.
  • •Coordinate executive materials and cross-org work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, People, and Product, including managing board and committee decks deadlines and versions.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 105,000 annually
