Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and coach a team of administrative/executive assistants, including facilitating unit meetings and addressing performance challenges.
  • •Prepare and produce presentations, correspondence, and related materials, including editing for grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
  • •Coordinate complex meeting logistics on- or offsite, including budgeting, travel arrangements, reservations, room logistics, materials, and catering.
  • •Manage administrative workflows such as email handling, time recording, full calendar management, research, and special projects.
  • •Partner with business leaders to assess staffing levels, balance and delegate workloads, and support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in administrative support in a corporate environment.
  • •Prior management experience leading administrative support teams.
  • •Advanced-level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and other programs.
  • •Excellent problem-solving skills and the drive to respond promptly and act proactively.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; English fluency at C1 level.
