•Lead a distributed engineering team spanning multiple geographies to develop new CD capabilities on the Harness platform.

•Drive key technology decisions with engineers and architects, maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and best practices.
•Champion production readiness by handling incidents and improving reliability through monitoring, alerting, logging, and performance optimization.
•Define forward-looking technical vision and roadmaps, inspiring the team to innovate and deliver impactful features.
