Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated API and GUI test suites for SAP Sovereign Cloud environments used by regional Operations teams.
  • •Ensure product quality for SAP Multi-Tenant applications by delivering automated functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • •Continuously improve automated quality validation processes within CI/CD pipelines for releases and patches deployed to pre-production landscapes.
  • •Analyze automated test results, identify defects, support root cause analysis, and validate fixes through automated regression testing.
  • •Work closely with technical product managers, engineers, security, SAP product team members, and Operations teams; mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Quality Engineering experience with a strong focus on test automation for API and GUI applications, with limited exploratory/manual testing as needed.
  • •Hands-on experience developing automated API and GUI tests using frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO.
  • •Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Page Object Model (POM), Page Factory, or similar patterns.
  • •Proven experience with API testing (REST services, request/response validation, authentication mechanisms) and integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Experience using test management systems (e.g., Xray, Zephyr, HP Quality Center) with traceability and execution reporting.
