Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Spain and Portugal, focusing on growing revenue through direct sales of adhesives for industrial lamination.
•Identify new business opportunities in Sandwich Panel bonding and Textiles & Consumables sectors, ensuring products meet customer requirements and deliver value.
•Provide expert technical consultation and assistance in selecting and applying adhesive solutions.
•Collaborate with the EMEA region to share insights, develop joint strategies, and leverage best practices.
•Organize and deliver customer training on adhesive technologies; develop sales forecasts and report on account progress and market trends.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
•Proven track record in sales and account management in the industrial adhesives sector, ideally with experience in liquid Polyurethane and Hot Melt adhesives as well as Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Technology.
•Knowledge and experience in Sandwich Panel bonding or related applications.
•Solid technical background in adhesives, including 1C- and 2C Polyurethane systems and Hot Melt technologies, with the ability to provide solutions-based selling.
•Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese language skills are a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
