Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/business field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data/Business Analysis, Data Science) or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •Minimum 4 years of data & analytics experience (or banking-relevant functional experience) or advanced quantitative degree plus 2 years of data/analytics or banking functional experience.
  • •Intermediate and some advanced experience applying statistical, predictive, profitability, and portfolio analytics to influence business strategy and outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated ability to frame business problems, develop testable hypotheses, evaluate tradeoffs, and convert analysis into strategic recommendations.
