Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver asset management transformation projects from sourcing to project closure.
•Consult with clients to improve asset management capabilities and deliver reports and presentations.
•Identify, manage, and support business development and sales activities, including identifying new opportunities and developing proposals.
•Support project management activities, including tracking budget and schedule and preparing monthly progress reports.
•Deliver data analyses and asset management artefacts, including reports, insights, and using tools like Power BI/Tableau when relevant.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, urban planning, or related fields.
•Minimum of six years of experience performing similar work with or on behalf of an infrastructure organization.
•Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analytics and whole lifecycle cost analysis.
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VBA, etc.)
•Ability to work autonomously and under minimal direction from project teams to develop high-quality deliverables
