Key Responsibilities

  • •Own risk identification, assessment, and evaluation for assigned corporate customers.
  • •Underwrite risks independently in an income-oriented manner within the competence rules and internal guidelines.
  • •Ensure market-oriented risk selection with portfolio quality for corporate products and conduct risk consultations for distribution partners.
  • •Advise and negotiate with direct customers and act as a subject-matter contact for distribution partners and within Zurich.
  • •Contribute to strategic direction for operational underwriting and continuously improve processes and services.

Key Requirements

  • •Commercial education in the insurance industry including domain-specific further training (e.g., eidg. Versicherungsfachausweis or HFV).
  • •Relevant professional experience in international corporate business and operational underwriting or product management.
  • •Proven experience managing relationships with distribution partners (brokers/sales) in a customer-, solution- and performance-oriented way.
  • •Strong analytical skills and independent working style with a high sense of responsibility.
  • •Fluent German and English; additional national languages are an advantage.
