General Labor

Join a pallet manufacturing team as a General Labor Team Member, producing quality pallet products while staying safe and consistent. You’ll handle lumber and pallet materials, assemble and prepare finished goods to customer specifications, label and band/bundle for shipment, and record production information. The role includes basic tool use, equipment troubleshooting support, and keeping your workspace clean while working with the team to meet daily production goals.
