Provide friendly, professional customer service while accurately processing customer transactions and following bank policies and procedures. Identify customer needs, refer customers to colleagues for additional financial solutions, and promote current offers, products, and services. Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally. Support daily branch operations (including vaults, night drops, and ATMs) and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
